This Privacy Policy explains how ECLIPSE AI handles information when you use the ECLIPSE AI website and mobile application.

The current mobile application is designed as a local workspace. Core conversations, projects, preferences, and selected plans are stored on your device using local storage. Its chat and agent screens use local demo responses, not online inference.

The mobile application may store the following information locally on your device: chat messages, website builder projects, selected plan information, and an optional wallet address that you choose to save in the app.

This local information is not transmitted to ECLIPSE AI servers by the current mobile build. You can remove locally stored content by using the available reset or new-chat controls, or by uninstalling the application.

Wallet connection is optional. When you choose to open or connect a wallet, the wallet provider may process information according to its own privacy policy and terms. ECLIPSE AI does not receive your private keys or seed phrase.

Never share a private key, seed phrase, password, or recovery phrase with ECLIPSE AI or any other person.

If you use the ECLIPSE AI web platform, chat messages and generated website projects are sent to and stored by the web service. The service may also process other information you voluntarily submit, such as a wallet address used for authentication, domain settings, and payment transaction information needed to provide the requested service.

We use this information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

The service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, infrastructure, AI processing, wallet connectivity, and payment or blockchain functionality. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and may have their own privacy policies.

The current mobile build does not include advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs.

Local mobile data remains on your device until you remove it or uninstall the app. Data submitted to the web platform is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

ECLIPSE AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the service or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
